Refund Policy

1. Overview
KOBROS-TECH LTD is committed to ensuring client satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our consulting services and service packages.
2. 30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 30 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Unused Service Hours
If you have purchased a service package and have not used any of the included hours, you are entitled to a full refund within the 30-day refund window.
4. Partially Used Packages
For packages where some hours have been consumed, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the unused hours remaining. Used hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £85/hour.
5. Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed and delivered to the client. If you are dissatisfied with completed work, please contact us to discuss resolution options.
6. Monthly Retainer
Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Unused hours within the current billing period are non-refundable. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.

Please include your order reference and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
8. Refund Processing
Online payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
9. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
