Delivery Policy
How we deliver our software development services.

1. Digital Service Delivery
KOBROS-TECH LTD (Company No. 17015319) provides software development and IT services. All deliverables are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.
2. What We Deliver
Depending on the service purchased, deliverables may include:
- Source code delivered via private Git repositories (GitHub/GitLab)
- Software deployed directly to the client's servers or cloud infrastructure
- System configurations and integrations implemented in the client's business systems
- Technical documentation, user guides, and handover notes
- Bug fixes, patches, and software updates applied to live systems
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the service package purchased:
- Hourly / Day Rate bookings — Work is delivered within the agreed session or within 24 hours of completion.
- Project Packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) — A project timeline is agreed upon before work begins. Milestones and deliverables are communicated throughout the project.
- Monthly Retainer — Work is delivered on a rolling basis throughout each calendar month. Progress is reported monthly.
4. Delivery Method
All work is delivered remotely via:
- Git repositories — Code is committed to version-controlled repositories with full history.
- Direct deployment — Software is deployed to the client's infrastructure via secure SSH or CI/CD pipelines.
- Email — Documentation, reports, and project updates are sent electronically.
- Video calls — Demonstrations, handovers, and training sessions are conducted via video conferencing.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide access to relevant systems, servers, and credentials as needed
- Respond to queries and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe
- Review and approve deliverables at agreed milestones
6. Delays
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. waiting for client access or third-party dependencies), we will notify the client promptly and agree on a revised timeline. KOBROS-TECH LTD is not liable for delays caused by the client or third parties.
7. Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted unless the client raises an issue within 7 days of delivery. Any defects or issues reported within this period will be resolved at no additional cost.
